|The HRIS Team Lead is responsible for supporting the development and enhancement of global PS HCM, LMS and HR Portal systems to meet the needs of the company. The incumbent will support the achievement of strategic business goals, including designing new system functionality and business processes to increase efficiencies, as well as leading project teams to implementation. Function as a key HRIS resource on HR Systems projects including application enhancementsupgrades, new functionality design and deployment or new application implementation Create test plans and scripts and conduct system testing in collaboration with HR, IT, Functional Business Partners and the HRIS team Test critical updates to PS from ADP and Oracle, PeopleSoft Tax Updates and maintenance packs coordinate testing across functional teams in multiple countries Lead projects as assigned by Director of HRIS and provide guidance and support to HRIS Analysts Escalate process change requests, system enhancements, or any other major resource request to Director HR Systems Engage clients and end users by driving activities such as business requirements gathering, business process mapping and re-design Develop detailed functional business requirements specifications for development team Configure system of all Global HCM applications to include Benefits Administration, Payroll, Human Resources and Talent Management Administer HCM, LMS and Portal Security for North America (other countries as appropriate) establish and maintain user roles and permission lists Develop training materials and business process documentation utilizing PeopleSoft UPK software Provide troubleshooting support and conduct root cause analysis of system issues Provide advanced ad hoc reporting support to upper management and operations as needed Minimum Requirements Minimum of 8 years of designing, configuring, testing, implementing and upgrading HRIS applications for a multinational company of at least 20,000 employees globally Minimum of 2 years leading projects of various scopes Send resumes to staceymccoolventanaitsolutions.com There are two positions A team lead and an analyst.
