|Description Highly visible, hands-on position responsible for assisting physician officepractices and other clinicians with the clinical implementation of Electronic Health Records systems. Provide ongoing clinical workflow consultation for subscriber physicians. Effective performance, requires a high degree of independent judgment and action under general supervision. Responsible for independent facilitation of implementation, maintenance and support of ambulatory information technology, equipment, and processes used in the physician practice by PHS employees and customers. Responsible for design and implementation of optimized clinical workflows in the physician practice. Serves as mentor to less experienced ambulatory staff, providing assistance when required and reviewing their work as directed. The responsibilities of this position will be as a full-time clinical trainer for the Allscripts Electronic Health Record Requirements Bachelor's degree or RN, RRTRT, LPN or equivalent clinical experience in physician workflow. Progressive knowledge and experience in physician workflow required. Task management and problem solving skills required. Project leadership experience desired. Must have strong communication skills. Knowledge of health care operations is required. Must be able to move about facilities and between workstations. Must be able to occasionally move, lift andor carry medium weight objects and materials. Must be able to understand directions, communicate and respond to inquires requires effective self-motivation and interpersonal skills. Must be able to input and retrieve information from computer. Attends regular customer and team department meetings as scheduled.|
