More information about DataShield Consulting will be provided during the interview process. Key Activities Identify, refine and document Enterprise Governance Risk and Compliance (eGRC) requirements. Deploy the RSA Archer eGRC software platform. Design and configure Solutions and Applications within the RSA Archer eGRC platform by Defining eGRC entities and relationships Mapping pre-existing controls to expert content Implementing questionnaires and workflows to support collaboration and approval requirements Leveraging data import and data feed integration opportunities to connect to third-party systems and data repositories. Validate and improve Application and Solution functionality through testing and optimization. Document and support RSA Archer eGRC deployments. Lead short-to-medium-term eGRC projects by Managing, and retaining accountability for the success of, critical governance initiatives that impact long term organizational goals and objectives. Actively seeking customer input, prioritizing requirements and communicating project gaps while ultimately assuming responsibility for engagement success. Regularly communicating project status and risks. Required Skills Strong interpersonal, verbal presentation and written communication skills demonstrated in front of small groups and in the company of high-level executives. Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Can lead a whiteboard discussion to gather and refine business requirements Experience configuring andor administering one of RSArsquos Archer Solutions Within RSA Archer Solutions, specific experience Translating conceptually-defined structures andor processes into systems of related RSA Archer entities containing calculated and non-calculated fields. Using the security model, including permissions, access roles and user groups, to protect the confidentiality andor integrity of Applications, Records and Fields. Gathering data from users via Questionnaire Campaigns. Mapping policies, control standard statements and control procedures Configuring workflows for content review or approval Leveraging Data Import and Data Feed functionality to add information to the system on a one-time andor ongoing basis. Developing instrumentation using reports, dashboards and iViews. Defining alerts using notification templates and data-driven events. Able to troubleshoot technical problems and understand log files. Must be able to create and update technical documentation. Preferred Skills Ability to develop custom On-Demand Applications from scratch or through the customization of packages sourced from the RSA Archer Exchange.
