Job Description: This position oversees and manages the delivery of the company*s products and services and client implementations.This person is responsible for total project coordination (i.e. knowing what needs to be accomplished, by whom and when, and the required amount of resources as related to project requirements.) This position targets system implemented projects and client implementations requiring knowledge of systems deployment.* Responsibilities include the following: Work closely with the customer and with the Sales and Account Management teams to completely understand customer goals and objectives, and the solution offered from both business and technical perspectives Define and document implementation scope of work and deliverables Communicate effectively to all stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and risks Act a primary point of contact with customer through the implementation Coordinate all cross organizational team members to deliver the solution Identify and escalate key issues to management for prompt resolution Ensure that final outputs meet or exceed client expectations and requirements Ensure the delivery of high quality solutions Manage multiple, simultaneous projects Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 10 years industry experience 8 years* experience managing multiple IT implementation projects for external customers 5 years* experience managing projects in a software as a service (SaaS) environment Ability to manage multiple tasks, work well under pressure and meet established project deadlines Demonstrated experience quickly building high performing teams Strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail Motivated to learn, contribute, and thrive in a fast paced organization Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Excellent presentation skills for executive-level audiences Highly Desired: Masters degree in computer science or business administration Healthcare industry familiarity and experience PMP Certification Experience managing direct reports Experience working in a start-up software or technology organization|
