Due to our continued success, we are looking to add additional talent to our IT Department and have a great opportunity for a Business Systems analyst to gather, analyze, evaluate, and document workflows, processes, procedures, and user needs for custom developed software. Additional tasks include: Work with business users and technical staff to understand business processes, needs, and problems to be addressed Gather information from multiple sources such as interviews, document review, and task/workflow analysis Identify and evaluate business process improvement opportunities Create documentation including Requirements Documents and Functional Specifications to enable development of proprietary .NET enterprise applications Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience performing requirements analysis and design specifications for custom developed software projects and writing requirements and design documents Strong knowledge of all phases of software development lifecycle processes Strong technical background and experience with developing web applications Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Strong investigative, analytical and problem solving skills Understanding of relational databases Ability to learn new technologies and concepts with minimal guidance Web application development experience Experience with HIPAA compliance highly desirable Healthcare industry experience, highly desirable BS degree preferably in Engineering or Computer Science We offer competitive pay and a generous health and wellness benefits package including: Medical/Dental/Vision Life Insurance Voluntary Benefits Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account Vacation and Sick time Paid Holidays 401 (k) with 3% company match Discount programs Please be advised that we have 3 dogs on the company premises.
