| Job Description The ideal candidate shall have a strong experience as a Technical Resource Manager to recruit Engineering and IT talent through job boards and vendor partnerships in a Consulting company The Technical Resource Manager will be required to work closely with our Sales and Business development team in understanding the requirements search the candidates negotiating the rates with candidates coordinate interviews and any other assistance needed for a successful start and completion of the project The Candidate for the position of Technical Resource Manager must Have ability to searchrecruit proactively with strong organizational skills Experience in a Consulting environment for searching and recruiting Engineering ITsoftware candidates negotiating rates signing agreements and closing the opportunities Have demonstrated ability to understand the technical requirements and act fast on to present the talent to the Salesbusiness development team Have strong experience with major job boards to search the candidates Have 23 years of experience in an IT Consulting and Staffing Company handling all aspects of recruitment |
