JOB TITLE: Enterprise Sales Executive Travel: Ability to travel up to 75% of time Main Roles and Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of North American Sales, Enterprise Sales Associate is responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales revenue and profit plan for their defined geographic territory and existing customer base. Business Results Meet and exceed aggressive sales goals Develop and drive short and long term strategies that grow revenue Contribute to the forward progress and development of the company and its value proposition Selling Expertise: Ability to sell entire solution, software, hardware, and services Responsible for selling OATSystems Asset tracking solutions which take advantage of a variety of AutoID technologies to Aerospace & Defense and larger Industrial Manufacturing organizations Lead, manage, and win complex sales opportunities Develop and implement strategic selling plans Analyze customer needs and present value-added solutions by delivering effective sales presentations Achieve set margin goals Relationship Building Develop effective customer relationships in defined target industries Coordinate with internal team contributors to dive success Minimum Requirements: Education & Experience A Bachelors or equivalent degree is required. A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales is required. Knowledge & Skills: Must Have Background Requirements: 7+ years experience selling enterprise solutions using a consultative sales methodology. Has sold to both IT and line of business. Proven history of selling to an emerging market. Ability to demonstrate past individual quota achievement. Experience closing $100K to multi-million dollar deals, including penetrating Global 2000 companies. Must have the technical knowledge necessary to sell and support OATSystems Asset Tracking offerings. Ability to travel up to 75% of time. Personal Attributes: Ability to provide leadership outside the sales organization, participating in collaborative decisions involving all aspects of the business. Strong leadership capacity, operating with a high level of integrity at all times. Aggressive “business builder” orientation and mind set.
