| Requisition 72521 Job Title Sr Product ManagerDirector Job Category Mobile Analytics Big Data Product Management City Anaheim StateProvince California Country United States of America Company Overview WirelessWERX is quickly becoming the leader for interior analytics for brick mortar and interior environments Our company is bringing online analytic capabilities in real time to all interior environments including big box retail grocer and mass transit using our Bluetooth technology Our low cost highly scalable BlueTooth node sensors are positioned within indoor environments to understand anonymized aggregated movement patterns of consumers Your Opportunity at WirelessWERX If you have a desire to invent the next generation of visual analytics infographics and product development specifically around indoor movement patterns then we have the right position for you This is truly and entrepreneurial position and WirelessWERX is setting the standard for visualizing traffic patterns This position will support the overall new market entry across several verticals including big box grocer and mass transit to begin with In a world of big data we are looking for a product lead that visualize and build a story around data and bring that into our next generation portal Our product will be used by retailers grocers and transit authority to make decisions that will impact overall store layout design promotional effectiveness queue optimization and mass transit rent decisions This is the next big frontier and we are looking for someone who can bend and flex with a small company defining market opportunities and also have the ability to present our solution to key brands This position requires an individual that is comfortable with data fact finding manipulation presenting data and can bring complex information into simplistic form Proficiency in Excel is a given and will be expected to create next generation presentations and tell stories with the data Many new terms and metrics have already been identified by our company across verticals and will expect this leader to continue with that trend This Sr Product Director of Product Management will Be accountable for defining the next generation product along with helping to build out the product team as we scale and grow This person will also need the following skills and be asked to fact find data compile and present to both Sr Leadership and the Board Develop deep expertise about our customers across each vertical along with understanding what core KPIrsquos drive their business Develop and reimagine our next generation portal that will enable store managers and corporate executives to make decisions based on traffic trends Become a thought leader within the interior analytic space define and help design the key requirements to deliver lsquoone use experiencersquo across platforms Become a market expert across RFID Infrared Camera Video WiFi Triangulation Proximity and all other interior analytic systems Learn the pros and cons for each and have the ability to articulate our superior BlueTooth indoor precision capabilities Perform Competitive review and identify opportunities in the market place Work with Sr Engineer team QA Business Leads and Marketing to position our company for scale Qualifications Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required Strong data mining visualization and presentation skills are a must If you do not have great experience in all of these this is not the right position for you We are paving new ground and are selfsufficient in many ways and will lean on this individual heavily for all of these skills Next generation infographics and ability to visualize the data is preferred Not just basic Excel charting skills but visual manipulation is important Energy motivation and commitment to drive to results in a challenging fastpaced environment Passion for customers and using customer insights to drive product and business decisions Ability to shift from developing and communicating a strategy to executing in a small but fast paced environment Strong partnering skills and proven success at partnering crossfunctionally Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills Willingness to lsquoroll up your sleevesrsquo and pitchin wherever necessary to push the business forward 10 years of strategy marketing or product management experience strategy consulting experience in both Big Brand and smaller environments preferred BABS required MBA or advanced degree preferred |
