Rapids Iowa Denver Colorado and St Petersburg Florida _____________________________________________________________ Responsibilities The Lead Programmer Analyst is responsible for providing technical leadership to the environment support team that maintains and oversees production integration and testing environments for critical business systems The position will have a high skill level within the distributed and mainframe environments The position is also responsible for defining and implementing proactive processes and procedures to prevent issues before they become outages or critical incidentsmiddot Analyzes system and SLA uptime requirements to appropriately design the optimal production environment for TCM middot Coordinates with coworkers clients operations technical support and vendors Interfaces with clients to determine requirements and resolve problemsmiddot Leads in the identification and implementation of proactive support processes and proceduresmiddot Assists team members in their understanding of the TCM production environmentmiddot Leads in the identification and implementation of proactive support processes and proceduresmiddot Builds and maintains contacts within the business units and other IT organizations to aid in the communication of business impacts to systems and business partnersmiddot Strong capabilities in presenting ideas in a clear and appropriate manner to multiple levels of the organizationmiddot Introduces productionenvironment support processes procedures and best practicesmiddot Builds and maintains a broad technical and nontechnical understanding of TCM systems their business functions and business impacts from an environment support perspective __________________________________________________________________________Qualifications middot Bachelors degree in computer science or business or equivalent combination of education and experience required Minimum of 8 years work experience Additional qualificationsmiddot 4+ years of distributed development and support technologies including but not limited to JAVAJ2EE Oracle and integration technologies such as JCAPS MQ Seriesmiddot 2+ years of Mainframe development and support technologies including but not limited to COBOL JCL DB2 DB2 utilities Endevor and job scheduling tools such as
