| Client has expressed a desire to obtain the Oracle skills necessary to sustain and implement SSHR and has requested Solution Beacon to assist them in a miniproject that achieves their objectives Solution Beacon will provide functional leadership and design expertise from business process design through the testing of the first cycle of user testing The scope of the project is to assist with the design of Personnel Change Request approval business processes design and configure the solution and then lead the implementation team through CRP1 After CRP1 Solution Beacon will be available on a part time basis to assist and coach the team through the rest of the implementation process QualificationsSenior SSHR Functional Consultant with AME experience bull Primary focal point and champion for functional area bull Support implementation planning and execution bull Identify feasible alternative solutions that minimize the need for custom development bull Drive process design and provide business knowledge bull Help identify and document additional functional requirements bull Provide software and business process integration support bull Facilitation the definition of scenarios for testing bull Provide generic test scripts bull Document business Process bull Transfer configuration and design knowledge Please send resume with location rate and available start to ccomaisolutionbeaconcom mailtoccomaisolutionbeaconcom No third parties please Citizen or GC only we are unable to sponsor visas at this time |
