| Euronet Worldwide Inc (NASDAQ EEFT) facilitates the movement of payments around the world and serves as a critical link between our partners mdash Financial Institutions Retailers Service Providers mdash and their end Consumers both locally and globally Founded in 1994 Euronet has established itself as a leading electronic payments provider Euronets customers are served from three core business segments Electronic Financial Transactions (EFT ndash including Payments Software) Prepaid (epay) and Money Transfer The Company has been nationally ranked by both Fortune and Forbesrsquos magazine We currently have an opening in Leawood Kansas for a DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER This is a fulltime permanent onsite position RESPONSIBILITIES The position responsibilities will include troubleshooting software and hardware in the desktop environment hardware and software installation and hardware replacement This will include laptops desktops printers and some server and network infrastructure components This position will require some offsite assistance for company executives in the Kansas City area A good working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems is required as well as a strong troubleshooting ability REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS bull Bachelorrsquos degree in Information Systems or Computer Science bull Ability to manage and troubleshoot Microsoft laptops and desktops bull Handson experience with workstation hardware and software installation and management bull Strong analytical and problem solving skills bull Basic server and network troubleshooting and administrative experience bull Ability to participate in an oncall rotation for afterhours support bull Ability to create documentation for audiences of varying technical understanding to request use and support infrastructure services DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS bull 12 years of work experience in computer and user management with Windows Active Directory bull Enterprise server OS hardware knowledge bull Backup and recovery experience bull Knowledge of programming or scripting for the purpose of administering a Microsoft OS based environment Candidate must have the unrestricted right to work in the US Euronet offers a generous benefit package including 401K Employee Stock Purchase Plan tuition reimbursement medical dental vision and life insurance We are a progressive growthoriented company looking for talented individuals to help us reach our goals Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume to rgutierrezeeftcom mailtorgutierrezeeftcom Euronet Worldwide is an Equal Opportunity Employer |
