Job Description
| You will be responsible for site management for one of the leading online products building community for a product with millions of passionate users You will drive the Community Portal Social strategy and manage the Community website You will have experience managing localization working with international site management team The ideal candidate understands how to build online community manage localization and drive engagement globally You are passionate about tools technology and engineering You are adept at problemsolving and leveraging internal and external resources to accomplish tasks You will work closely with international localization resources customer relationship marketing and product marketing teams Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Adopt employ and develop tools and processes to drive key performance indicators (conversion engagement site optimization testing etc) Partner effectively with localization team to improve engagement with online community increase stickiness and expand globally Develop and proactively manage International Localization team to hit project and program milestone schedules Lead International Localization team through a successful shipping cycle by showing leadership helping to define roles and responsibilities and holding team members accountable for their contributions Work with business and technical leads including Legal to drive online Communications plans Execute and manage social media projects and communications which may include monitoring and contributing to online conversations writing copy for the web communicating with vendors running competitive analysis and producing metrics on aggregated data Build engagement on the Community website and collect feedback from clients ensure its relevance Qualifications 5+ Years experience as a ProgramProject Manager Experience sourcing and managing International Localization vendor relationships Bachelors degree in Social Media New Media Communications or a relevant and applicable field Experience with collecting and analyzing metrics to sustain effectiveness of online community campaigns Excellent verbal and written communication skills At least three years of experience working on a strategic or high volume web site in business driven web publishing environment (strategy content and projectpersonnel management) for diverse audiences UnifyCloud LLC Corporation offers a competitive compensation package Only qualified applicants will be contacted You must be able to physically work in the Bellevue or Redmond WA area You must be able to legally work for any company within the United States |
