| Be a part of our innovative agile and well established technology team where you will have the opportunity to working on exciting projects leveraging the latest technology modern development practices and tools Apply now We are looking for an Agile Coach (SCRUM MASTER) with solid understanding of the Agile process and test driven development (TDD) to lead our enterprise platforms for a leading financial Insurance company in Chicago Experience with Ruby on Rails(RoR) technology is a big plus What we offer This is a long term consulting and Full time position(40 hours a week) Flexible hours stable company great work environment and a lot of room for growth Contract to hire possibility for interested candidates Responsibilities Serve as Agile Coach and Scrum Master for development teams and remove impediments to team progress Lead focused effective meetings with diversified groups (Sprint planning daily standups feedback meetings sprint reviews and story grooming meetings) Facilitate retrospectives at key project milestones and final project completion to confirm project acceptance and satisfaction and to establish lessons learned Assist Product Owner in developing Product Backlog Facilitate development of Acceptance Criteria for user stories Conduct Release Planning meetings and Facilitate business analysis activities Facilitate estimation meetings using relative effort estimation techniques Gatherreport all relevant Agile metrics ( burndown charts Team velocity etc) Coach team members on Agile principles Ideal candidate has Strong Agile process knowledge and understanding of Test Driven Development Prior exposure to Ruby on Rails technology with strong IT development background 5+ years of professional experience with architecture and designing leading enterprise solutions development in the software space 3+ years Practical experience serving as Scrum Master Comprehension of Agile values and principles Strong interpersonalcommunication skills Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering To apply for this position please email resume and cover letter to resumeimportalbiz mailto726573756d65696d706f7274616c62697a along with your salary hourly rate expectations and availability For immediate consideration please reference Agile Coach in the subject line of the email |
