This position will be the network administrator for 16 network servers in a VDI environment Knowledge of Vmware 51 and Citrix Xendesktop a plus Will work closely with our vendor to meet the needs of monthly updates and workstation deployment of applications and updates Also updating the new versions of software in the VDI environment when applicable Candidates should have a good understanding of technical issues and the ability to balance demands of legal staff clients and technical staff to provide costeffective automated approach to data management Successful candidates will have the knowledge of Active Directory Exchange 2010 Windows 2008 R2 server knowledge and working with a san environment The candidate will be willing to handle other duties of the firm when needed Knowledge of Office 2010 a plus Candidates should be familiar with Windows 7 and basic networking concepts and storage This position will require the ability to work overtime for network updates and some overnight travel will be required Ahlers Cooney is an AV rated preeminent law firm whose history dates back 125 years Rated as a top 100 workplace in the state of Iowa the firm offers an excellent benefit package which includes but is not limited to Generous Annual Leave Paid health insurance for employee Paid dental insurance for employee and family 925 contribution to retirement plan Wellness plan with health club reimbursement Paid parking
