| Systems Administrator Job Description About Our Company RedTouch Media provides digital content management and distribution systems for the major music labels and movie studios utilizing web applications Mobile applications for IOS Android and Windows and Windows terminal applications We provide market leading software to meet the media software needs for both B2B and B2C implementations RedTouch Media offers the opportunity to work with extremely bright talented motivated people who love what they do We work hard and we play hard We offer a great opportunity to be creative and make a real difference in the quality of our solutions Job Title IT Administrator Job PurposeProvide support and knowledge towards achieving Red Touch Medias technology goals Job Duties Administer day to day office issues (printers email mobile devices etc) Manage office and datacenter networks Provide 3rd level support to select customers Available for occasional travel for customer projects and implementations Provide technology solutions to business problems Manage storage and backup infrastructure Manage front end and internal webservers Deploy applications to users (internally developed and 3rd party) Manage Exchange email and Active Directory Perform performance testing and troubleshooting against a variety of applications SkillsQualifications Very knowledgeable AND experience Network troubleshooting firewalls routing VLANs Windows Server administration Server 2003 Server 2008 Server 2008 R2 Windows Client administration Windows XP Windows 7 Storage system experience (any vendor) Some experience Virtualization Microsoft SQL Server installation Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2007 system building (hardware components) file server print server management DNS management VPN technologies Some knowledge Web based NET application deployment and configuration Linux system administration MSSQL management VoIP iSCSI Beneficial but NOT required knowledge Windows kernel debugging complex storage architectures spanning tree aggregated bonding Ethernet PKI PowerShell scripting monitoring systems like SCOM or Nagios |
