| Gene Juarez Salons Spas is conducting a search for an IT Manager to join our leadership team The IT Manager will be responsible for developing a technology strategy in support of the companys business objectives and leading the IT team to successfully implement those initiatives Major areas of focus include Manage technology resources ensuring availability of reliable equipment that is secure for use Manage technical support staff to troubleshoot problems evaluate solutions or offer alternative strategies Negotiate service agreements and monitor quality of vendor service delivery Oversee network security management to safeguard company information Prepare and implement policies procedures and standards relating to technology telecommunication systems and disaster recovery Oversee planning and management of companys telephone system and manage companywide upgrade initiatives Review and evaluate new technologies and recommend hardwaresoftware upgrades to meet business objectives Develop IT annual business plan and operating budget and monitor to ensure that financial targets are met Manage all ITrelated purchases and budget usage Lead and motivate IT staff The ideal candidate will have 5+ years IT management experience in a multiunit retail andor service industry environment Strategic business planning and budgeting skills for long and shortterm growth Project management skills concept through implementation Expertise in network and telecommunications systems with call center components Resource management skills focused on high quality experience for endusers Leadership style that inspires high performance and teamwork If your qualifications are in alignment with our requirements please email your letter of introduction and resume to ITCareersgenejuarezcom |
