|ORGANIZATION The Center for Autism and Related Disorders Inc (CARD) is among the worldrsquos largest and most experienced organizations effectively treating children with autism and related disorders With US and International reach CARD touches the lives of hundreds of children and their families Through a network of trained therapists supervisors and researchers we develop and implement quality comprehensive and personalized treatment programs which lead to success and in many cases recovery CARD was started in 1990 by renowned psychologist and early researcher of autism Dr Doreen Granpeesheh She designed a unique treatment curriculum based on the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) method and built an organization of dedicated and trained staff Currently CARD has 19 USbased offices serving in the following states California Arizona Illinois Massachusetts New York Texas and Virginia and 2 International offices Australia and New Zealand CARDrsquos goal is to become the worldwide leader of topquality autism treatments DESCRIPTION Under general supervision responsible for designing monitoring modifying and maintaining systems for acceptable availability stability and response time to customers Systems include but are not limited to SharePoint 2010 Project Server and Team Foundation Server SharePoint Administrator is also responsible for working closely with the Operations Team(s) to ensure that shared systems meet the established service level standards Shared systems include but are not limited to networking operating system file servers and mail servers DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES Implement and represent CARD policy enthusiastically SharePoint Server Management support and troubleshooting Deploys and manages SharePoint applications including web applications site collections and SharePoint solutions Support development teams in all SharePoint projects Support the installation configuration security operation and maintenance of all servers equipment operating system and software related to SharePoint infrastructure Understand companyrsquos existing workflow then plan design and create a similar or better workflow within SharePoint Plan develop configure and maintain portals sites site collections document libraries lists related to SharePoint Perform typical system admin duties such as site creation user tracking permissions backup restore fixes etc Plan develop create and maintain InfoPath forms Support developers with system integration between SharePoint and ERP systems Work with IT Operations Project and Development teams to design and develop solutions to address business needs and opportunities andor propose changes that would make the SharePoint environment more effective Document all changes including configuration development and maintenance procedures Create maintain and administer our SharePoint portal server including daily monitoring troubleshooting and performance analysis Provide technical knowledge sharing to the team in the IT department to the development and support or the SharePoint environment Maintain current industry knowledge of development concepts best practices and procedures for SharePoint SKILLSREQUIREMENTS Bachelorrsquos degree (BABS) preferred Minimum of two years of experience in SharePoint Administration systemsnetwork administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job Applicable industry standard certification(s) preferred Heavy SharePoint Administration experience is preferred Networking Infrastructure (LANWAN) Microsoft Sharepoint 2010 (2013 a plus+) Sharepoint Designer Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Microsoft Lync Server for integration Microsoft SQL Server Experience with InfoPath is preferred Experience in IIS Administration Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts and principles A seasoned experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization Works on moderately complex and diverse projects Exercises good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions Strong communication and customer interaction skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to design and architect IT infrastructure solutions Able to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems in a timely manner Able to monitor modify and maintain assigned system(s) in support of optimal performance and availability BENEFITS For qualifying employees benefits include medical dental vision life insurance flexible spending program 401 K earned paid vacation sick and holiday pay educational assistance program and corporate discount programs|
