| C Web Developer Jack Morton is a global brand experience agency We create experiences that align employees build strong experience brands launch products and brands and engage customers and consumers Our Boston office is looking for a C Web Developer with a rollupyour sleeves attitude Someone eager to share ideas and jokes And of course someone with a knack to code for an impressive variety of projects and clients Youll collaborate be inspired by and share bagels fruit and who knows what else with some of the most funloving passionate and intelligent people in the industry All in a setting that encourages both work and play Join us Key Accountabilities Program Development Efficiently deliver high quality interactive pieces featuring code that is well structured and easily maintainable Help architect solutions collaboratively with broader team and Tech Lead Assist with quality assurance and in the execution of testing plans Team Collaboration Communicate with the Tech Lead Project Managers Producers Developers and others throughout the lifecycle of the project in order to ensure the project is delivered Subject Matter Expertise Updates job knowledge by tracking development trends techniques and technology participating in educational opportunities reading professional publications Maintains expert knowledge of backend development best practices and ability to implement solutions based on unique needs of specific clients Requirements Bachelors degree or 36 years experience Previous agency experience a plus 3+ years experience with backend programming languages including ASPNet (C) 3+ years development experience with front end development with HTMLCSS 2+ years experience with relational database systems including MS SQL Server Experience with content management systems (Kentico DotNetNuke etc) a plus Must have a full understanding of object oriented programming and relational data modeling Must have experience in Adobe CS Suite and working with design files and converting them to HTML Must have excellent problem solving skills and love technical challenges Must be selfmotivated able to multitask enthusiastic about taking initiative to be productive and efficient and function independently and still work well in a team oriented environment Experience with JavaScript and ActionScript a plus Knowledge of OOP development methodologies Technical skills and knowledge in a broad range of pertinent areas including many of the following digital platforms (desktop mobile tablet kiosk response design etc) development languagestechnologies and specialty knowledge (sourceversion control systems is a plus but not necessary) Demonstration of key competencies accountability for results client focus team effectiveness attention to detail EEO |
