| HUB Technical Services LLC is searching for an experienced Windows Systems Administrator with strong technical customer service skill set to join our team The candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining Windows Server infrastructure with emphasis on installing and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems Active Directory and Installation and Administration of Exchange 2007 Exchange 2010 Needed Exchange experience includes installing and configuring new Exchange Servers and Roles Setting up and Administering CAS Arrays and DAG and troubleshooting mail routing spam issues phishing issues and doing routine tickets and breakfix tasks Needed Windows Server experience includes ability to build support and troubleshoot Windows Server 200320082012 Active Directory administration and troubleshooting and understanding of the underlying networking and DNS concepts Experience with hardening servers and using Group Policy to enforce configuration standards is desirable Experience with Active Directory Schema Upgrades and FSMO roles is highly desirable Strong customer service and communication skills are required as well as the ability to work closely with teammates and business partners Excellent written and oral communication and ability to build strong partnerships with internal and external customers are required Required Experience Minimum of 4 years of windows server administration experience with Microsoft Backoffice products such as Windows Server 200320082012 andor SQL Server 200520082012 andor Internet Information Server (IIS) andor Project Server andor Sharepoint Previous experience setting up andor administering DNS is highly desirable as is previous Enterprise Experience with 250+ server environments At least three years experience with Exchange 2007 or 2010 Familiarity with serverclass hardware from major vendors such as HP or IBM and ability to build Windows servers with minimal supervision Candidate will be required to participate in occasional after hours changes and troubleshooting of customer impacting issues that could occur on evenings and weekends Required Education Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or equivalent experience MCITP Windows Server or MCSE Windows Server or equivalent experience Travel percentage represents local clients within New England No air travel is expected unless training opportunities arise |
