| (Three positions available Fresno and two remoteTelecommuting) Job Summary Under general direction provides support through the design development implementation and maintenance of Electronic Recyclers Internationals proprietary system Titan web properties other software packages and ERI Information Systems Duties Functions and Responsibilities (The following duties are illustrative and not exhaustive The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar related or a logical assignment to the position) 1 Work with Manager of IS to plan new applications code updates and enhancements 2 Write test and deploy application updates and patches 3 Stay up to date on the latest technologies and find ways to integrate those relevant into ERIs current and future software suites 4 Create and modify Crystal Reports to meet the ever changing needs of ERI 5 Provide support to both technical and nontechnical staff relating to a program database or other IT issues when additional help is required 6 Occasionally meet with ERI staff to define requirements for updates or patches 7 Performs related work as required Minimum Qualifications 1 BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience 2 Minimum 3 years experience in the application development industry 3 A solid understanding of common programming models and workflow defined as follows a Object Oriented Programming b Model View Controller Framework c Web Hosting with Windows Servers and IIS 4 Ability to articulate effectively in both oral and written form 5 Any combination of education andor work experience may substitute for minimum qualifications 6 Experience as described can be substituted on a yearforyear basis for the required college education 7 Vocationaltechnical school or accredited community college in information technology (excluding data entry) Skills A successful candidate must be proficient with the following types of hardware software and programming languages 1 Windows Server 20032008 with IIS 6 and 7 2 Net Framework ASPNet VBNetC PHP XHTML CSS Javascript and the jQuery library SQL ADONet MVC 3 3 Visual Studio 20052010 Crystal Reports Visual Source Safe SQL Server 20052008 and MySQL 4 Microsoft Office Suite Mozilla Firefox Google Chrome Internet Explorer and Windows Operating Systems Competency To perform the job
