| JOB TITLE IT Systems Specialist LOCATION Dallas TX COMPANY OVERVIEW MFiles Inc is a developer of state of the art software whose flagship product MFiles(R) is making waves in the large and growing market for document management solutions M Files Inc is ideally positioned to disrupt this multibillion dollar market that has been dominated by traditional complex and expensive enterprise content management solutions MFiles(R) is an innovative electronic document management system (EDMS) that solves the problems of managing finding and tracking documents in todays information intensive organizations For more information visit the companys web site at wwwmfilescom We are located in Dallas Texas and are looking for IT Systems Specialist to help us deliver optimal solutions for our customers JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILTIES As an IT Systems Specialist you are a key part of the services team and will play a critical role in driving our success You will need to become an expert in the MFiles(R) document management software and have an outgoing personality that will enable you to relate to customers and help discern their needs and determine how MFiles(R) can benefit their business Your daytoday tasks will consist of performing MFiles(R) system implementations that include defining customer needs integrating MFiles(R) with customers existing systems such as CRM software supporting our existing customers by troubleshooting any problems they might encounter and conducting customer training Travel could be as high as 50 or more The work requires you to be at our Dallas office when not onsite with customer MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 1 to 3 years in a technologycentric environment with customerfacing experience A background in technical sales technical sales support or application engineering would be very helpful EDUCATION B Sc or equivalent REQUIREMENTS Highly motivated selfstarter willing to travel Proven ability to communicate ideas with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong people skills and an ability to listen to the customer and translate their needs into specific actions and solutions Ability to drive projects to completion and manage obstacles Excellent organizational skills Strong knowledge of Windowsbased environments (Workstations and Servers) IIS and MS SQL Server Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint Working knowledge of networks and the Internet Aptitude and enthusiasm for learning new methods and techniques Experience and working knowledge of databases a plus Experience and working knowledge of NET languages (eg VB) is a plus Experience with documentcontent management systems a plus COMPENSATION BENEFITS MFiles Inc offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus Benefits include a choice of plans providing comprehensive coverage for medical dental vision care for employee dependents as well as employee life long term disability vacation and 10 paid holidays Please send your degree certificate transcripts CV and cover letter to careersmfilescom with subject IT Systems Specialist MFI 2013 Applications without degree certificate and transcripts wont be accepted For additional questions please contact Mr Tommi Rintamaa (tommirintamaamfilescom (972) 3451852) |
