| Job Summary Work within the Access and Identity Management team to support and coordinate with other crossfunctional infrastructure teams for development and engineering support for authentication authorization roles entitlements auditing directory services and user provisioning Candidate will support application integration of COTS products and custom software within the Access and Identity Management suite of products Job Responsibilities bull Understand and apply TFL Information Technology standards and processes for Access Identity Management to ensure the systems support business needs and availability requirements bull Support Access Identity Management systems (ie Oracle Identity Manager Oracle Access Manager Oracle Identity Analytics Novell Access Manager Novell eDirectory etchellip) in accordance with TFL policies standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) bull Develop work flow processes to support business processes and process improvements bull Provide JAVA development support to customize Access Identity Management products (ie Oracle Identity Manager Oracle Access Manager Oracle Identity Analytics Novell Access Manager Novell eDirectory etchellip) where appropriate bull Work collaboratively with other areas of information technologies and support team members bull Provide oncall support for assigned Information Technology system(s) Job Qualifications bull Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (preferred) bull 5 to 7 years of information technology experience bull Minimum of 3 years of experience with integrating and implementing access and identity management productsservices (ie Oracle Identity Manager Oracle Access Manager Novell Access Manager Novell eDirectory etchellip) bull Minimum of 3 years of related development experience which includes full life cycle development web development using Java SQL and Web Service development using JavaXMLSOAPWSDLSOA bull Administrative provisioning process understanding bull Works collaboratively with other information security teams to define requirements select implement and operate Identity Management processes technologies and platforms bull Strong communication and presentation skills bull Strong interpersonal skills to establishmaintain customer relationships and interact with team members bull Strong organization and time management skills Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team bull Strong analytical and problem solving skills bull Strong technical documentation skills bull Desire to deliver best solution possible for our customers Other Critical Factors bull The ability to apply critical thinking skills is critical for this role bull Must be able to work flexible schedules to support assigned duties bull Travel is minimal for this position but may be required occasionally |
