| A Systems Administrator will be responsible for providing firstline support service to all users of information technology services and for maintaining email firewall security help desk software updates to software and licenses manage spam filtering and other duties related to desktop and server setup maintenance and troubleshooting This person should have a minimum of three years experience in technical or help desk supportexperience with common Windows platforms and applications required working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 20032008 Server and Active Directory required working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2010 Microsoft SQL Server 20052008 VoIP phone systems with project management experience preferred Benefits include 17 days of PTO 7 paid Holidays Medical Dental Vision STDLTD Life insurance 401(k) |
