| The New York Independent System Operator (NYISO) applies cutting-edge technology to operating a reliable electricity system, managing competitive markets for wholesale electricity, and planning for the Empire State's energy future. The NYISO’s Operations department invites applications for a full-time Business Process Architect in Business Process and Quality Services. The Business Process Architect is primarily responsible for creating workflow customization in NYISO’s business process tracking tool. The successful candidate must possess superior analytical skills; business process development skills, and problem solving skills. In addition the Business Process Architect must have a solid working knowledge of relational databases and demonstrated experience in data management. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, required. A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience related to business process analysis or related disciplines; 5+ years SQL experience; experience creating reports in Crystal Reports or other reporting software; demonstrated written and verbal communication skills; ability to manager multiple projects simultaneously; and experience working in a small team environment.
