| TITLE Oracle Business Analysis Manager REPORTS TO VP IT CIO LOCATION Oxnard CA JOB SUMMARY The Oracle Business Analysis Manager will work with end users to implement new functionality and improvements complete set ups for new legal entities and provide support Oracle release 12 financial experience is required The position will be headquartered in Oxnard CA and will report to VP IT CIO GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Management of ERP projects Recruit develop and manage functional consultants Provide global support to end users by resolving tickets relating to Oracle GL AR PO INV AP and interfacing modules Work with global end users to understand existing challenges or new requirements Map requirements to standard Oracle functionality Design and prepare functional specification for new requirements when a standard solution is not available Review new Oracle releases for functionality and improvements Review Oracle patches and make recommendations Provide end user training Other duties as assigned JOB QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Information Technology 10+ years of functional experience implementing and supporting Oracle EBusiness Suite in multi org environment 10+ years of functional experience in business information systems combined with management and project management experience Flexibility in competently juggling competing priorities and changing expectations Functional experience implementing and supporting Oracle EBusiness Suite release 12 Understanding of Oracle EBusiness Suite data flow and processes Experience designing and implementing process improvements Experience completing set ups for financial modules Experience mapping data for financial modules Experience interfacing with internal and external auditors Oracle Fixed Assets Cash Management and Payroll experience preferred Excellent trouble shooting skills Experience testing set ups processes reports and converted data Experience using Discoverer Experience writing SQL queries and understanding of Oracle tables System administration experience to run diagnostics and set up responsibilities and profile options in test instances Financial background preferred TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Occasional travel to RAC offices meetings and events APPLICATION INTRUCTIONS Please submit cover letter and resume to racjobsberrynet mailtoracjobsberrynet |
