| About Arrayent Inc Arrayent is a startup company that is transforming how major consumer brands strengthen the relationship to their customers Our product the Arrayent Connect Platform httparrayentcomimagesarrayent_connect_platform_20121130jpg connects our customerrsquos consumer products to their smartphone and web apps It has been adopted by world class product brands including Whirlpool Corporation Pentair Monster Mattel LiftMaster Hunter Fan First Alert and Chamberlain We are looking for a meticulous Sr DesignVerification Engineer to join our team to enable our customers to bring to market innovative internetconnected products More information about Arrayent is available at wwwarrayentcom httpwwwarrayentcom Position Job Title Sr Design Verification Engineer Full Time Opening Date Immediately Location Downtown Redwood City CA (Adjacent to CalTrain station) Job Responsibilities Layout a framework for quality assurance and improvement across Arrayent product lines Design test plans scenarios scripts and procedures for hardware firmware and backend Develop testing processes that address areas such as hardware and firmware issues database impacts software scenarios regression testing negative testing error or bug retests or usability Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy compliance or completeness or to mitigate risks Job Requirements BS andor technical background middot Minimum of 5 years experience as Software Design Verification Engineer or Software Quality Engineer for complex electronic and networking products or services serving enterprise customers middot Ability to think outside of the box to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions conclusions or approaches to problems Experience leading quality team and cross team process improvement initiatives Firmware test experience a plus Strong Linux user and scripting skills a plus Benefits middot Competitive salary package (including stock options) middot Excellent health dental vision and life insurance middot Gym membership middot Friendly commute (adjacent to Redwood City Caltrain station) Application To apply for this position please reply to this post with a resume and subject line ldquoSr DesignVerification Engineerrdquo |
