| Telligent is an enterprise collaboration and community software company The companyrsquos fullyintegrated platform and portfolio of applications transform how organizations listen to engage and measure interaction with customers partners and employees Telligent powers collaboration for many of the worldrsquos largest brands including Dell Microsoft Electronic Arts and Readerrsquos Digest For more information visit wwwtelligentcom We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic candidate to join our Network Operations Group as System Administrator Responsibilities will include Design configuration management and support for Microsoft Windows 20032008 Microsoft SQL 2005 2008 management to include mirroring backup maintenance jobs installation and upgrades Microsoft HyperV IIS 6X and higher Regular event log performance monitoring and assist with capacity planning Monitor maintain and execute backup services for all core services Gathered vendor bids on equipment supplies and resources as needed Manage support queue for local remote and international employees Provide desktop laptop workstation and printer hardwaresoftware implementation and support Maintain an adequate level of knowledge of operating systems and application software being used to provide high levels of support to users Development and execution of IT policy and procedures Participate in oncall 247 rotation Augment Telligent SaaS group when needed QUALIFICATIONS Strong ability to communicate and work with customers and team members Flexibility and strong attention to detail a must Strong ability troubleshooting systems application and service provider issues Basic network troubleshooting experience with layer 3 ndash 7 switch router firewall 4 + years of Windows Server management 4+ years of experience managing Active Directory users computers and groups to include GPO Cisco Firewall and Switch management + VOIP management + CORE VALUES Customers come first Period Honesty Always Accountability for all we say and do EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Telligent is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion gender gender identity or expression sexual orientation national origin genetics disability age or veteran status |
