| PMO Support Services Position Description Title Program Scheduler Project Management SME Experience 7+ years Citizenship USA Workplace Bethesda MD at Government site Time frame Required ASAP Type Fulltime employee Key functions Provide expert support to project managers and project schedulers Mentor project team members on Project Management Life Cycle Methodology Manage resourceloaded PMO schedule Identify risks within complex project schedules and across concurrent schedules Provide quality checks for project schedules using defined filters Document best practices and participate in formal approval process for them Provide regular professional reporting Skills and Certifications Required PMP Certification Strong skills in MS Project 2010 Strong skills in Project Server 2010 Strong written and oral communication skills Able to work with people at all organizational levels Able to work with federal and contractor teams Willing to support administrative functions of meetings when required Desired Experience as Administrator of MS Project Server 2007 or 2010 Microsoft Project Certification Prior experience in a government Enterprise PMO Office as a contractor or government employee Prior project management experience as a federal government contractor Design Development experience in producing enterprise reports Project experience related to Oracle ERP Systems ndash financial ProgramProject Management Systems Architecture Program Administration Organizational Transformation and Quality Management Requirements Management Defect Management Risk Management Time frame ASAPRate TBD |
