Job Description
| Requirements Manage multiple test and production databases Installation upgrades and deployment of service packs to SQL servers Administration of database security Monitoring of database performance Creation of SQL databases as needed for applications Creation of stored procedures triggers functions and views that comprise the data access layer Management of Microsoft SQL Reporting Services and development of reports as needed including the migration of existing Crystal Reports to SSRS Provide technical and functional support for the MUNIS Tyler Dashboard and MUNIS TCM applications Backup to the MUNIS ERP OnBase and CityWorks systems administration Develop and conduct training in assigned areas assist in developing and presenting training on broader citywide issues Perform technical work in the program area to which assigned Qualifications Minimum Education Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems Computer Science Minimum Experience 5+ years experience with Database Administration for MSSQL Server 5+ years experience troubleshooting and resolving database issues 2+ years experience in SQL Server Reporting Service and SQL Server Integration Service preferred Valid NC Class C drivers license |
