The purpose of the User Account Services (UAS) position is to perform the creation, modification, and termination of user accounts and business application accounts across the enterprise and to fulfill other user-related Service Requests within service level agreements. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the User Account Services’ overall framework for account provisioning in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), in all development, staging, testing and production environments and worldwide account administration within regulatory and compliance laws for SOX, including segregation of duty checks. The duties of this position may involve technical writing skills, technical aptitude, and familiarity with a broad range of information technology concepts. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: • Creation, modification, and termination of user accounts and business application accounts • Maintenance of User Account Services documentation and posting to the UAS web page and various databases • Fulfillment of Service Requests submitted through the IT Service Desk • Producing evidentiary documentation for Auditors • Support or coordination of other departmental objectives and projects as necessary • Other duties may be assigned Required Skills • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management • Excellent business and technical writing skills • Possesses the ability and intent to align all business decisions with the company’s Core Values • Expertise with MS Excel • Expertise with SQL is highly desirable • Excellent troubleshooting skills are required • Project management skills are an asset • Knowledge and experience with Active Directory Accounts, LDAP, Remote Access, Exchange, and SAP Education and experience: • College diploma or University degree specializing in Information Technology or equivalent • 1-3 years experience in an IT enterprise environment Eligible employees receive 21 paid days off, medical (HMO & PPO), dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, career development and learning opportunities, and much more in the first year.
