| Business Solutions Powered by IT Innovation Milestone Technologies Inc (MILESTONE) is a leading supplier of engineering and technology products and services Our mission is to solve our clientrsquos business problems so that their companies can continue to grow Employees are empowered to help our clients by seeking thoughtful innovative and processoriented solutions We nurture this mission by truly understanding our clientsrsquo needs educating our employees in current and emerging technology and by continually improving our product and service mix MILESTONErsquos vision is to provide clients with IT support at any point along the life cycle of IT infrastructure We employ a proven operating methodology (Prepare Plan Design Implement Operate and Optimize) and a comprehensive productservice mix (Professional Engineering Equipment Sales Infrastructure Relocations and Managed Services) all designed to fulfill our strategic vision The purpose of the User Account Services (UAS) position is to perform the creation modification and termination of user accounts and business application accounts across the enterprise and to fulfill other userrelated Service Requests within service level agreements Additional responsibilities will include supporting the User Account Servicesrsquo overall framework for account provisioning in compliance with SarbanesOxley (SOX) in all development staging testing and production environments and worldwide account administration within regulatory and compliance laws for SOX including segregation of duty checks The duties of this position may involve technical writing skills technical aptitude and familiarity with a broad range of information technology concepts Essential duties and responsibilities include the following bull Creation modification and termination of user accounts and business application accounts bull Maintenance of User Account Services documentation and posting to the UAS web page and various databases bull Fulfillment of Service Requests submitted through the IT Service Desk bull Producing evidentiary documentation for Auditors bull Support or coordination of other departmental objectives and projects as necessary bull Other duties may be assigned Required Skills bull Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision bull Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management bull Excellent business and technical writing skills bull Possesses the ability and intent to align all business decisions with the companyrsquos Core Values bull Expertise with MS Excel bull Expertise with SQL is highly desirable bull Excellent troubleshooting skills are required bull Project management skills are an asset bull Knowledge and experience with Active Directory Accounts LDAP Remote Access Exchange and SAP Education and experience bull College diploma or University degree specializing in Information Technology or equivalent bull 13 years experience in an IT enterprise environment Eligible employees receive 21 paid days off medical (HMO PPO) dental vision tuition reimbursement career development and learning opportunities and much more in the first year Applying for something overseas No problem we have great benefits for you too MILESTONE Technologies Inc is a ldquoMinority Business Enterpriserdquo as defined and adopted by the Northern California Minority Supplier Development Council Inc and an Equal Employment Opportunity employer Women minorities and veterans are encouraged to apply only through diversity will we thrive |
