| For more than 50 years BioRad has been at the center of scientific discovery providing a broad range of innovative tools and services for clinical diagnostics and life science research The company is renowned among hospitals universities major research institutions biotechnology companies and pharmaceutical firms for its commitment to quality and customer service At BioRad you will participate in exciting new developments at the cutting edge of science and technology If you want to join a company of great minds doing extraordinary things then BioRad is the place for you As part of the Enterprise Architecture team this position will act as a liaison between business users and technical teams both application and infrastructure The position will be responsible for designing and documenting application infrastructure landscape into the enterprise architecture tool ldquoCasewiserdquo The position will focus on Documentation Designing Training into the Enterprise Architecture Tool below are a activities listed Administer Maintain Casewise User access and management End user training End user documentation Be the subject matter expert for the casewise user community This position should possess knowledge around application development to support business process following are the required skills Work with other senior Business analyst to capture requirements Wire framing and prototyping the application Create design documents The position must partner and collaborate with Application Infrastructure team teammates across BioRad subject matter experts external consultants development team Required Skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite of products ndash PowerPoint Word Excel Projects and Visio Experience in HP QC (QualityCenter) MS SharePoint ServiceNow Experience with Casewise or relevant architecture modeling and documentation tool Development skills with the following platform JAVA NET iOS Javascript AJAX Solid analytical skills and a strong vendorcustomer focus Excellent time management and problem solving skills Strong oral and written communication skills Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal businesstechnical teams and external consultants Must be capable of working independently in a fastpaced environment Ability to travel on average 25 including international with the ability to travel extensively as project needs require Experience Required Bachelorrsquos degree in Computer Science or other relevant field The candidate must have experience documenting processes ldquoAs Isrdquo through interview process The candidate must be able to document technical designs processes flows and application flow diagrams Have understanding around how these processes provide BioRad competitive advantages or operational efficiencies One (1) or more yearsrsquo experience supporting enterprise architecture functions from requirements gathering designing and presenting the outcomes One(1) or more yearsrsquo experience in requirements gathering and prototyping application requirements A high level of knowledge regarding BioRadrsquos internal processes and stakeholders Previous experience on project teams with a proven ability to work under time constraints while meeting critical milestones Proven ability to solve problems in a methodical manner and to track and measure expected results Able to manage independently all phases of a significant project or initiative Experience with international business processes and relationships a strong plus |
