Job Description
| PRIMARY FUNCTION Responsible for managing all HCM PeopleSoft projects from conception to implementation in partnership with HR and IT This position is responsible for coordinating all planning development testing (unit system and user acceptance) and implementation of all software releases and customizations to the application and operating system software environments using detailed project work plans Manages HCM support and integration with Financial and Kronos systems Follows project development lifecycle standards in implementing projects and manages staffing task assignment internal staff productivity and external consulting resource allocation Communicates with senior management end user management IT staff external consultants and vendors to achieve TJU TJUH and JUP Senior Management objectives Ensures that the integrity of each system is maintained as the applications are enhanced and modified through approved version control and change management procedures Ensures that documentation is developed and maintained Qualifications EDUCATIONALTRAINING REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree Required Masters Degree Preferred _________________________________________________________________________ CERTIFICATES LICENSES AND REGISTRATION _________________________________________________________________________ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 8 Years of experience managing and implementing large information systems and related projects (Required) 5 Years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM version 8 andor 9 andor developing in a production environment using PeopleSoft Application Designer PeopleCode SQR and QueryCrystal (Preferred) General Experience managing andor developing using PeopleSoft HCM EmployeeManager Self Service and Enterprise Learning Management (Preferred) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Analytical Skills Customer Service Skills Microsoft Access Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Project Microsoft Word Organizational Skills Strong Communication Skills All application must be submitted online at wwwjeffersoneducareers httpwwwjeffersoneducareers job ID 116954 |
