Job Description

Service Improvement Tools and Utilities: Focused on internal efficiencies and asset optimizations, PMs are continually seeking to develop low footprint tools and reporting utilities that help to raise visibility into performance trends, as well as enhance the customer’s perception of our services. Feature Release Research and Testing: Managing the efficient release of SharePoint Out-of-the-Box features to Custom Portals Environments Bundled Services: Bundling services to our customers, such as Business Intelligence (BI), ensures a superior menu of services for our growing customer base, and a cost-efficient delivery model Project Status Reports : Showing projects in progress, percent complete, highlights and issues. Report should be delivered to all Service Related Roles as part of a distribution list: Program Managers (alias asmseppm), Service Managers (alias SEP_SMs), and CAR (alias SEPCAR).SM/PM Sync Meetings : Weekly frequentcy is preferred, however bi-weekly meeting attendance is acceptable. The SM/PM Sync Meeting is scheduled to ensure the Service Managers (SMs) are aware of projects that impact the Customer’s and SharePoint environments they service.
