| Bentley is looking for a talented individual to fill our Web Solutions Project Manager role based in our Exton PA Headquarters The person selected will be responsible for Facilitating team participation in defining and documenting project requirements (user stories) goals and success measurements Working with the Web Directors and project team members to identify risks and participate in risk mitigation activities Use of the tools and processes implemented by the IT Project Office including managing and tracking project tasks in alignment with stated project requirements and goals In the case of the Web Solutions Team this includes use of Agile methodologies Acquiring documented business group and IT signoff on requirements and UATgolive readiness Monitoring estimates and actuals of time to complete tasksprojects Reporting on project progress in a manner that is measurable Reporting on obstacles or issues that represent a risk to project success including escalation when a project has gotten off schedule or expanded beyond the agreed upon scope while working with the team and proposing a solution to IT management as appropriate Collaborating crossfunctionally with multiple groups (Marketing Support IT Web Development Sales IT Operations and Business Operations teams) to execute successful launches Coordinating business user testing and training with both IT and Business Group Colleagues Facilitating the creation of a project golive plan to ensure a smooth implementation into production for all IT team members and involved business groups Reviewing and recording lessonslearned for all timeline projects Managing consulting engagement logistics including consulting resource participation in the PM functions listed above plus time tracking and invoice monitoring and management Qualifications Experience with IT Project Management in the lifecycle and deployment of the Web design and application development lifecycle Experience in the use of Agile Project Management methodologies Experience managing crossfunctional projects and programs with tight deadlines Experience working with both technical and nontechnical team members to facilitate a project to successful completion Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while also quickly adjusting to changing priorities or requirements Experience with business user testing processes and tracking Experience documenting and tracking project golive plans Comfortable working with all levels of an organization A strong understanding of Agile methodology and processes A strong understanding of the concepts and lifecycles for Web design and application development projects and processes Ability to understand project goals or needs and translate them into a standard process or system implementation Very strong organizational skills project tracking abilities and analytical skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Visio Some experience with HTML JavaScript ASP and XML is a plus 4 year colleague degree (BSBA) or equivalent experience 2 3 years in Web design and application project management About Bentley Bentley is the global leader dedicated to providing architects engineers constructors and owneroperators with comprehensive software solutions for sustaining infrastructure Each solution is designed to ensure that information flows between processes and project team members to fully leverage interoperability and collaboration These solutions provide users with the capabilities they need to increase cost efficiencies and maximize the return on their investments in innovation empowering them to design build and operate betterperforming infrastructure which has been Bentleyrsquos mission for the past 29 years Bentley sustains the infrastructure professions by helping to leverage information technology learning best practices and global collaboration ndash and by promoting careers devoted to this crucial work Founded in 1984 Bentley has nearly 3000 colleagues in more than 45 countries 500 million in annual revenues and since 2001 has invested more than 1 billion in research development and acquisitions TO APPLY PLEASE CLICK ON THE FOLLOWING LINK httpsjobsbentleyicimscomjobs2259job httpsjobsbentleyicimscomjobs2259job |
