| Our reverse logistics company is currently seeking a strong team player with a positive attitude to join our dynamic team in Houston TX If youre looking for a challenging role where you will grow both personally and professionally look no further Inside SalesAccount Manager The Inside SalesAccount Manager is responsible for building and growing the business within an assigned sales territory by selling a full line of computer products for an authorized distributor Essential duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following Build new business and relationships with companies that are not currently customers or that do very little business with us Maintain and grows business with current customers Ask assessment questions to fully understand customers business and needs Achieve sales metrics such as outbound calls and talk time Achieve sales targets Capture opportunities to purchase product from customers Communicate price quotations to customers Negotiate and close sales and purchases Maintain regular proactive phone contact with customers to identify sales opportunities and strengthen relationships Make cold calls in addition to calling on warm leads Document all customer contact in CRM (INFOtrac) Organize customer information to quickly be able to identify prospects for every product Work with other departments as required to ensure that appropriate documentation is generated and completed to ensure completion of sale ie purchase orders credit card applications credit terms etc Sell across entire breadth of several product lines Prepare sales forecasts capture and report competitive information Research products as required Maintain current knowledge of product markets Buy products from a given list of suppliers and source and negotiate pricing from suppliers Qualifications We are seeking a selfmotivated positive individual to work in a collaborative manner with members of our sales teams The candidate must possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills Also the candidate must have the ability to work well within a team environment while being a strong participant in team efforts Additional qualifications include 3+ years of business to business inside sales experience required Account management experience is a must Selling and brokering computer hardware strongly preferred knowledge of industry standard computer hardware is a HUGE plus Must be willing and able to build strong working relationships with existing clients AND reach out to new businesses Ability to organize and prioritize work flow Ability to identify and resolve potential problems Ability to workmultitask in a fastpaced environment Flexible in work hours and department requirements Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to use the internet effectively for research purposes etc is required Creativity and analytical skills are a must College degree preferred but not required Benefits In exchange for your hard work and dedication we offer Excellent salary commensurate with experience with uncapped residuals and the opportunity to greatly increase your total earning potential year over year Healthcare benefits (medical dental vision) Matching 401(k) program Paid time off and paid holidays Constant personal and professional growth opportunity with the opportunity to openly share ideas and affect change in a dynamic innovative work environment We work to maintain the best possible environment for our employees where people can learn and grow with the company We strive to provide a collaborative creative environment where each person feels encouraged to contribute to our processes decisions planning and culture To Apply Reliable candidates seeking an exciting new opportunity are encouraged to apply httpejobbzATSjbdoreqGK653072 httpejobbzATSjbdoreqGK653072 EOE |
