| Agile Methodology Lead Portland OR The Agile Methodology Lead will have primary responsibility for leading designing and implementing agile methodologies across IT Project Management Product Owners and Business stakeholders to lead and drive Agile organizational transformation through coaching and proven agile practices across multiple projects and agile teams enabling them to experience substantial improvements in productivity This role will establish the standard for Agile methodologies and ensure it is adopted throughout Cambia Experience Required Demonstrated experience as an Agile Lead or Agile Coach within a large organization Experience leading consulting engagements Demonstrated expertise in multiple software delivery methods such as waterfall agile lean rational unified process and XP Experience developing and leading classroom training and open forum workshops Facilitation skills in leading iteration planning meetings reviews and retrospectives Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) with a customer service orientation in a matrixed organization with demonstrated competency to effectively interact at all levels within the organization Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other managers and team members inside and outside the division work with ambiguity and build successful relationships Must be flexible and able to meet strict deadlines and sudden and unpredictable needs Demonstrated experience in Agile transitions and organizational change Solid understanding of the Scrum framework and the underlying principles and values Experience implementing andor coaching Scrum inside organizations Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above The Agile Methodology Lead would have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field and 7 years experience project or program management software development management consulting or related field OR equivalent combination of education and work experience In addition Agile Methodology Lead would have a combination of the following experience 5+ years experience in Agile project management 3+ years experience in Agile coachingleadership 2+ years experience in leadership or management role Required Licenses Certifications Registration Etc Certified Scrum Professional or Certified Scrum Coach preferred At Cambia we advocate for transforming the health care system You arenrsquot satisfied with the status quo and neither are we Were looking for individuals who are as passionate as we are about transforming the way people experience health care We offer a competitive salary and a generous benefits package We are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to workforce diversity and a drug and tobaccofree workplace A drug screen and background check is required Cambiarsquos portfolio of companies spans health care information technology and software development retail health care health insurance plans that carry the Blue Cross and Blue Shield brands pharmacy benefit management life disability dental vision and other lines of protection alternative solutions to health care access and freestanding health and wellness solutions We have nearly a century of experience in developing and providing health solutions to serve our members We had our beginnings in the logging communities of the Pacific Northwest as innovators in helping workers afford health care That pioneering spirit has kept us at the forefront as we build new avenues to improve access to and quality of health care for the future |
