| This position will uphold and evangelize the principles of agilescrum within the technical development team and across the company This role ensures the team is delivering to maximize business value This position will work with the engineering manager to create an exciting and interesting place to work for the development team to grow within Candidates for this position must be prepared to challenge the company with new ideas and perspectives Essential Duties and Responsibilities 5+ years Scrum or Agile Project Management experience Track and manager product backlog burndown metrics velocity and task breakdown Act as an Agile coach for junior team members Assist junior team members in Agile estimation techniques Coordinate Sprint reviews and demos for stakeholders Qualifications 2 to 3 years of Scrum experience 2 to 3 years Project ManagementQADevBA experience Product Development experience Significant commercial experience in Agile Project Management in an internationally based company preferred Ability to lead retrospectives document outcomes and steer team members in Agile best practices Excellent level of leadership enthusiasm and expressiveness necessary to engage with users Passionate about championing the customer and excellent communication skills Excellent analytical stills and a good attention to detail and the ability to follow issues through resolution Exposure to workflow based products knowledge understanding of Net platform Oracle and some past developmentQABA experience Education BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience Scrum Master Certification Required |
