Job Description

Provide technical Help Desk phone assistance to endusers for general computer issues and industry related systems Maintain optimize and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange email system including Baracuda Jatheon email archiving Provides general software application and desktop support for companyrsquos staff and training facilities for computers printers scanners mobile devices peripherals Troubleshoot hardware problems and performs system hardware and communication connection repairs and basic diagnostic testing Operations including backups batch jobs checkincheckout tasks downtime tracking patches network and equipment monitoring and event recording follow procedures compile web statistics for various applications Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and work in a team environment Requires 5+ years relevant computer experience Full Time MondayFriday hours range from 84 to 95 1 hour lunch Requires weekday off hours weekend and holiday phone coverage ndash on call 247 approximately one week per month as assigned and some flexibility for off hour shifts
