| Store Technology Manager Teavana is one of North Americarsquos most unique and fastestgrowing specialty tea retailers opening approximately 50 to 60 new stores per year CNNMoneycom mentioned us as having an innovative retail concept and we were also recognized by ICSC as one of the hottest retailers We carry over 100 varieties of loose leaf tea a variety of high quality teapots and an assortment of tea accessories from around the world Teavana is seeking a Store Technology Manager who is ultimately responsible for all instore technology This includes POS functionality as it relates to the business managing any technology rollouts to the stores and managing POS bug fixes or product enhancements and testing of those bug fixesenhancements The Store Technology Manager is also responsible for managing key store technology vendors serving as an escalation point to those vendors and to Teavanas helpdesk for complex and after hours store technology issues This person will be responsible for technology installationsrequirements for new store openings and temporary store moves for renovations The Store Technology Manager will need to ensure that store technology runs at an optimal level and any systemic issues are properly addressed The position will also act as a liaison between the stores and the helpdesk Ideal candidates should be familiar with Telecommunications (voicedate) services including vendor management Managing scale configuration and updates Periodic review of POS user accounts to meet complaince needs Store operations business processes System administration roles POS business process and functionality design If you are interested in this please review the job requirements and if you feel you are a match please apply online Location Atlanta Georgia (GA) General Requirements Thorough understanding of retail POS technologies Prior vendor management experience Strong followup skills and attention to detail Prior retail technology rollouts or project management experience Selfdriven and the ability to deliver results with minimal direction Understanding of store telecommunications and TCPIP communications A 4year Degree is preferred |
