|Purpose Partners with IT and assigned business line(s) to assess research analyze and document business and systems needs in order to resolve business systems issues by recommending business solutions that meet sponsorstakeholder needs Context is small to midsize development or maintenance projects (multiple functions single application at one time) Emphasis is split between testing and documentation Requirements Analysis Coordinates detailed business requirements phases identifying tracking and resolving business systems issues Elicits assesses researches and analyzes sponsorstakeholder requirements Documents these appropriately in accordance with Project Methodology Framework (PMF) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) requirements deliverables User Acceptance Testing Composes all necessary user acceptance test scripts and scenarios Documents these appropriately in accordance with Project Methodology Framework (PMF) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) requirements deliverables Coordinates and executes user acceptance testing Communication Teamwork Must have excellent interpersonal skills able to establish build and maintain relationships with staff and external vendors Facilitates small to medium size group meetings and conducts small cross functional interviews Prepares and delivers presentations to business and technology partners (eg project application and management teams certification etc) selecting the appropriate approach based on the audience Escalates issues as appropriate Solicits and accepts constructive feedback Is aware of RBC WMrsquos products and services at a high level Has the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across diverse business and functionally differing technical teams Has the ability to coordinate work and manage tasks across business and functionally technical teams as needed Demonstrates a commitment to customer service that is proactive and results oriented Coaching Leadership Assists in providing direction expertise feedback mentorship coaching and development to build the capability of more junior staff Continually enhances skills and builds knowledge in all aspects of the organization the business and information systems Capable of working equally well independently and as a participative team member Other Responsibilities Develops high level plans for completion of requirements and user acceptance phases of projects improving in the level of detail and accuracy of estimates over time Completes additional deliverables as dictated by the project These include but are not limited to use cases disaster recovery plans UI mockups training help documentations and RFPs Supports other project team members including project manager QA analyst and other BSAs Other duties and responsibilities as assigned EducationExperience Position requires 5+ years of experience in ISIT spread across multiple disciplines of development project management businesssystems analysis and vendor management Requires a college degree or sufficient related work experience Financial services experience a plus but not required|
