| SUMMARY OF POSITION Local Company is currently reviewing midlevel development candidates This position entails contributing (coding testing etc) to Companyrsquos global real estate performance software (ie Integrated Workplace Management Solution (IWMS)) REQUIRED SKILLS Expertise with the following technologies CNet ASPNET WebForms ADONET AJAX Javascript IIS etchellip Ability to develop with Visual Studio and the NET Framework 203035 Expertise with object oriented programming principles Demonstrated excellence with development best practices quality assurance 4+ years of enterpriselevel software development experience using web technologies Oracle andor Microsoft DBMS Team orientation with strong written and oral communication skills Able to thrive in a fast paced performance oriented environment Demonstrated ability to analyze and convert specifications to software solutions Able to execute upon established protocol and communication guidelines PREFERRED SKILLS Experience with the following tools NHibernate (or similar ORM) Workflow framework tools Telerik controls Microsoft Team Foundation Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services Microsoft Sharepoint JAVA programming language Blackberry API and Blackberry programming |
