We are seeking dynamic Network Consultants to support our growing client base of small-medium sized businesses throughout the DC metro area and have openings at the junior, mid, and senior level. Here are the position responsibilities -Providing on-site network management and support for a set of assigned customers from our base of over 650 in the DC metro area. Our customers are small to medium sized business who require IT support ranging from supplemental support to total IT management. -Establishing and maintaining networks, servers, and systems by designing, proactively managing, and troubleshooting network problems. -Traveling to customer sites to provide scheduled network maintenance, address outstanding concerns, and aid with project implementations and consulting when appropriate. -Recommending new technologies and solutions to proactively support clients' environments. -Requires some on-callafter hours work. And let's not forget about the position requirements -Strong hands-onpractical experience with the following technologies Windows Server 20082012, Exchange Server 200720102013, Small Business Server 20112013, Active Directory, Citrix, Blackberry Server, Firewalls (Sonicwall, Watchguard, etc.), DNS, DHCP, VMWare preferred. -3-7 years of related experience. -Must possess hands-on experience working with heterogeneous LAN technologies. -Ability to problem solve and to work well in a team or individually. -Must have the capability to work in a highly visible, fast paced environment, with minimal supervision and major responsibility. -Exceptional organization skills and oralwritten communications skills. -MCSEMCITP strong preferred. -Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
