| About us Headquartered in Austin Texas VisionWeb is working to create the largest and most efficient B2B ecommerce site in the eyecare industry VisionWeb operates as an open neutral exchange where all participants in eyecare can compete and improve their businesses VisionWebs partners include some of the industrys leading companies including Essilor of America and Johnson Johnson Vision Care Inc For additional information please visit wwwvisionwebcom Opportunity Are you an energetic team player with a strong desire to learn and contribute in a fastpaced technical environment Join a dynamic team with a vision for the future VisionWeb a provider of business technology services to the eyecare industry is seeking a Salesforcecom developer administrator In this role the candidate will work to develop Salesforcecom and forcecom applications and deliver innovative high quality Salesforce solutions to VisionWeb Our candidate will have strong enterprise business application development and systems integration experience Required Skills Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience with technical implementations of CRM projects 25 years of experience functioning as a Salesforcecom administrator for Enterprise edition or higher Salesforcecom Certification is preferred Proficiency with Salesforcecom development including creation of standard and custom objects and fields Experience with technologies that work with Salesforcecom including Java jscript Forcecom platform Good understanding of data structures data modelling database schemas is required Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to functionality integration etc Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract transformation and load (ETL) tools This position is accountable for successful administration and delivery of the enterprise wide Salesforce solution The candidate will work in close collaboration with colleagues throughout the organization Willingness to work occasional extended hours and weekends Responsibilities Proven ability to independently perform development testing implementation documentation and updating as it relates to the Salesforcecom software and system administration Manage Salesforcecom CRM application Responsible for maintaining the functional areas of data management forecasting registration contacts leads campaigns opportunities quotes dashboards and reports etc Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects workflows email alerts and templates and campaigns Develop and maintain visualforce AppExchanges Forcecom pages and integration to other third party solutions Maintain multiple user roles security profiles workflow rules etc Support train new end users on the Salesforcecom application Participate in crossfunctional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations Implementing and managing various complex sales marketing legal and financial services business processes within multiple Orgs Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally Identify SFDC usage problems and craft technical communication plans to ITbusiness teams Solid business analysis skill Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to mentor motivate team members Must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations Attention to detail and complex problem solving abilities from operational and technical perspective Ability to work independently and engage supervisor as needed Experience documenting and analyzing processes procedures andor policies Ability to handle full workload and meet proposed deadlines Benefits 3 weeks of vacation and 10 paid holidays Health benefits with a generous portion of the premium paid for by VisionWeb Annual performance bonus eligibility Company paid life shortterm and longterm disability 401(k) with a 4 company match VisionWeb is an equal opportunity employer All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Qualified applicants should email resumes to jobsvisionwebcom no phone calls or recruiting agencies please |
