| Chief Engineer Senior Engineering Manager Experienced chief engineer senior engineer manager with proven ability to attract hire and develop talent Proven management leader with experience in dealing with corporate and vendor relations and senior level presentations Responsibilities Work with the field offices technically representing engineering solutions Conduct business and technical discovery to best position solutions and articulate business impact Manage implement and drive proof of concepts field trials and pilots Present and articulate technical concepts and map customer needs to current and future product offerings Work with sales team to develop responses to RFIs and prepare commercial proposals for customers Work with customers and partners to support ongoing projects Work closely with field sales representatives to develop account and opportunity strategy from both a business and technical perspective Annual performance evaluations Qualifications Ability to manage an engineering team set goals achieve initiatives and motivate the team 10 + years of experience University degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Handson problem solver Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts in an audience appropriate manner History of success in complex situations Clear writing skills Highly articulate accomplished public presentation skills Travel required The Loveland Thomas Group works across all major industries and a large cross section of managerial and executive level functions to find and place superior talent We specialize in the areas of operations management engineering information technology management executive sales management project management and supply chain management We work with employers and candidates to better understand their goals and deliver upon the employers requirements |
