OnSite Customer Support Analyst For the purpose of clarification this person will perform system adjustments configuration admin support and analytics at no additional costs beyond what is stated herein System enhancements for which a separate statement of work would be required will be in writing which sets forth the applicable charge approved in advance by Home Depot Responsibilities Support the corporate loss prevention department at Home Depot in the system administration project management and data analytics of the APIS casedata management system Liaison with Home Depot Corporate Staff IT and store support regarding APIS system needs Direct support for the application(s) on site Liaison with Verisk Crime Analytic support teams regarding Home Depot needs Data Analyst assisting with generating and creating new reports and data analysis Other duties as assigned by Verisk Crime Analytics that support the role at Home Depot and approved by Home Depot Qualifications Bachelor degree from a 4 year college or university preferred 5 to 8 years experience in retail or hospitality management role minimum of 3 years experience with loss prevention programs and methods Fully competent on retail loss prevention incident case management technology tools handson experience with APIS preferred Project management experience to include scope execution and tracking of key projects Excellent problem identification and problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Please note the role isnt a Home Depot position but a position with Verisk that works with Home Depot Please apply online at httpsjobsveriskicimscomjobs25491job
