| This senior developer position works independently to develop implement and maintain complex technology solutions Review business requirement documents (BRD) and translate into technical specifications Work from technical specifications to independently develop modify and maintain complex software products Analyze and troubleshoot problems and make recommendations for remediation Perform Tier Two Production Support as required Provide status updates to management Leads designcode reviews architecture discussions and infrastructure reviews Mentors staff Assigns work and directs staff in the production of work product Manages interactions with external vendors Directly interacts with internal customers and manages customer expectations Formulates and manages system scope objectives and cost for assigned projects EducationExperience Requires Bachelors degree in technical discipline (computer science engineering or MIS) (equivalent work experience may be considered) 8+ years of relevant work experience Knowledge Requires expert knowledge of software development life cycle methodology Requires advanced knowledge of object oriented languages Requires knowledge of relational database management systems Demonstrates understanding of core business functions Demonstrates ability to apply structure to a loosely defined problem Skills and Abilities Server Administration Manages user desktops Enables authorization to team and new users Communicates enterprise security policy Review and approves security plan Partner with the Business Lead to take the appropriate steps to add new users and groups to the SAS environment Act as inhouse technical support and help guide users through the troubleshooting process Maintaining SAS formats Knowledge of BaseSAS codingAccessing data Creating stored processes Registering objects such as libraries and stored processes into metadata Manages Information Maps Coordinate training on site and inform users of public training options Lead person between Horizonrsquos SAS Administrator and SAS users Manages the implementation of modules and updates to the CRM solution Manages the SAS application Pointofcontact for all application administration tasks and issues This person will work with the SAS consultants to model the RDBMS for the solution Planning designing creating the database and manages logical data models Contributes to the data integration strategy Travel (If Applicable) May be called upon to perform production support or system rollouts on nights and weekends |
