| Allergan Inc is an internationally respected specialty pharmaceutical and medical device company which through its scientific innovations for over 60 years has enhanced the lives of our patients doctors and employees We encourage personal and career development through a culture of mutual respect and professional excellence Allergan is committed to creating a healthy positive and prosperous life experience for all our patients and employees and to extend that vision to our communities In 2010 Allergan Inc is listed as one of the Top 50 Best Small to Medium Employers in Canada We are presently recruiting for a contract Jr Salesforce Analyst who will be responsible for the day to day management of our Salesforcecom CRM system reporting to the Supervisor System Automation Sales Information and Support This position is a one year contract and is located in our Markham head office This position is responsible for providing tactical user support and system maintenance for 200 Salesforce users Responsibilties include Developing reports dashboards and processes to support business operations Reviewing and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and developing strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems Managing all new user set ups user terminations and providing ongoing support by writing and maintaining user documentation new user training and onboarding Creating and customizing fields page layouts and list views Assessing current processes to highlight inefficiencies designimplement improved processes leveraging Salesforcecom Keeping abreast with new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements Data loading and manipulation as required Audit uncover and resolve data integrity issues Creating and managing custom objects fields and formulas The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelorrsquos Degree in Business Information Systems or a related discipline Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access is essential along with proficiency in data manipulation analysis and experience dealing with large datasets including creating reports and presentations for a variety of audiences In addition the successful candidate will possess excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills including experience presenting to large audiences is required Previous experience with Salesforcecom and familiarity with the Medical DeviceSpecialty Pharmaceutical industry will be considered an asset Qualified individuals are invited to apply for this position on wwwallerganca httpwwwallerganca We thank all applicants however only those selected for an interview will be contacted No telephone calls please |
