| ABOUT BETA LASERMIKE Beta LaserMike is a global organization committed to the innovation design manufacture and service of precision measurement and control systems for a wide range of noncontact measurement applications including building products nonwoven materials paper plastic wire and cable fiber optics pipe and tube primary metals and dimensional metrology Learn more at wwwbetalasermikecom JOB DESCRIPTION Beta LaserMike is looking for an entry level Software Engineer to help develop applications on a Windows platform The applications are targeted toward the industrial marketplace focusing on process control and visualization This presents unique challenges requiring the use of multiple languages state of the art GUI and high performance multithreaded designall developed within a creative and fast paced agile environment KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Write and review code including GUI middleware and communication drivers Write unit tests Participate in the creation of functional specifications Help develop installation and automated build scripts SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or related field 05 years of Object Oriented Development in C andor C++ on a Windows platform The ability to think abstractly and logically Good English language communication skills A desire to write software for the industrial market Beta Lasermike is an equalopportunity employer offering a competitive salary and benefits |
