| Since its inception in 1953 Memorial Healthcare System has been a leader in providing highquality health care services to South Florida residents Today it is the fifthlargest public health care system in the nation with more than 13000 employees and is highly regarded for its exceptional patient and familycentered care The system is comprised of six hospitals as well as multiple outpatient facilities and physician practices Memorials patient physician and employee satisfaction rates are some of the most admired in the country and the system is recognized as a national leader in quality health care as well as one of the Best Places to Work in Healthcare (Modern Healthcare) Our organizational culture is defined by our commitment to our mission and vision within an engaging workplace where we listen to and learn from our patients their families and each other We are seeking a Senior Systems AnalystProgrammer to support the Epic Hospital Billing Team in the responsibilities outlined below Custom programming and code debugging using Epic Chronicles programming in Epic Hospital Billing(HB) application Resolving issues by fixing existing build or by creating or modifying build in Epic HB Moving new elements across environments using Epic Data Courier Creating and maintaining new jobs batches runs in Epic batch scheduler All data extract jobs in and out of Epic related to HB using Chronicles ImportsExports and Reporting Workbench extracts Acting as a primary contact for Epic batch scheduler failures related to Epic HB Creating and presenting change management requests related to Epic HB Creating designing and maintaining Epic HB related interfaces using HL7 X12 interface specifications Creating Chronicle AdHoc reports Creating and designing new functionality in Artiva Accounts Receivable application using Cache Objectscript and Artiva scripting Cache Database Administration including monitoring database backups monitoring free space journaling database encryption licensing defragmentation and maintaining services Creating Artiva Reporting using Crystal Reports TSQL Cache Objectscript Reviewing and testing Epic Nova Release Notes and Release Authorizations (RAs) Production releases and upgrades in Artiva using Artiva Version Manager Creating and maintaining interfaces for data exports imports in Artiva Accounts Receivable Application Communicating with vendors (Epic Ontario Systems) for all outstanding issue The highly technical analytical and detail oriented professional should possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or Healthcare IT knowledge of healthcare workflows as it relates to Epic Resolute Hospital billing experience in developing Artiva Healthcare application using Artiva Studio knowledge in using Epic Reporting Workbench and Clarity to create extracts knowledge in using Chronicles Utilities Epic Batch Scheduler and related HB templates excellent understanding of EDI transactions using HL7 X12 analyst experience should include two or more of the following work flow analysis and design application design build validation or test application optimization and support and experience with Epic Data Courier Helpful if candidate is Epic certified in resolute hospital billing Chronicles Install Utilities Chronicles Programming Experience with Epic Bridges and an understanding of Epic Master Files as well as experience in programming using Cache ObjectscriptMUMPS Intersystems Cache database administration and Project Management Memorial Healthcare System enjoys consistently high employee satisfaction rates readily rewards individual performance encourages education and professional development and offers unique career paths in a worldclass lifestyle location Join us now to do what you love in a place that youll like more and more each day We invite you to join one of the nations leading healthcare systems recognized for use of advanced technology and clinical informatics For immediate consideration please apply online at MHSnetCareerCenter Memorial Healthcare System is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity |
